Bandages, band-aids -- whatever you call them, they're usually a pain in the ass. They're ugly, and a constant reminder of your careless apple slicing mishap or that ridiculous flip you took on the icy sidewalk. In other words, you relive that embarrassing accident over & over again every time you set eyes on that beige blob of plastic & gauze.
Because I detest these blah plasters so very much, I take such glee in discovering new, funky bandages that will not annoy but solicit a laugh or two. Take these comic strip bandages from Vat19 -- OUCH! POW! BAM! Yeah, that's more like it! Let's have some comedy with our first aid. Cuts & scrapes just got some much needed street cred. Super hero in training? Well..if the bandage fits...
