Summer *finally* arrives and now the fear mongers want you to forgo your summer flip flop-pery.Personally, I was never partial to the pounding your feet took while aloft in flip flops so I don't own any -- but the thought of trudging around your fair city in these things and what transpires down there -- fecal bacteria, MRSA, held captive on YOUR FEET! Ugh!! I won't be changing my mind anytime soon and rushing out to purchase a pair.
Eek! I don't wear flip flops everywhere when I'm on holiday but I do wear them to the beach because other sandals get full of sand and then its a nightmare to get it all out.
ReplyDeleteI've only worn them at the beach as well. For me, they're not really up to the task of fast-paced city walking.
