Named after a favourite song ('Lose That Girl') by one of my favourite bands (Saint Etienne), this blog serves as my online pop culture playground. And that animated pup at the top of this page? That's my constant companion, my Schipperke, Zoey. Lose That Girl - the rate it, hate it blog!

No! Penn was so sexy... I was gonna have his babies! Not her... Oh well, every happiness to them both.
I love that they're a couple!
Awww, that's so sweet. They really are both very cute. And I want to be Serena, that woman is too damn perfect. The hair!! Ooh, do I want the hair.
Oh, and for the record LTG, I love kittens, rainbows and glitter!!! :o)
You owe me some Xabi blog love too!!

When I was much younger, I was of the opinion that all figure skating couples HAD to fall in love and get married. Lloyd Eisler and Isabelle Brasseur, I thought, were perfect together and should've gotten married. When they didn't, it broke my heart.
In the entertainment world, however, I'm never a fan of co-stars hooking up. It always leads to huge problems and then it's awkward after they break up and you're left watching them sort out their dynamics on screen together. I can never look at the couple the same way again. Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson seemed to do okay post-break-up, but the worst case is Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray. Why that manwhore ever cheated on beautiful Sophia, let alone with Paris effing Hilton, I will never understand. But when they first separated, the OTH producers apparently had a hell of a time on set trying to keep them apart and to keep the peace. I love Sophia, but the rumours about her dating James Lafferty are disturbing to me on many levels: first, did you learn NOTHING about hooking up with a co-star in the past??!! And second, hands off of my man, honey. He's MINE!!!
That said, I don't think Penn and Blake getting together is a good idea. It will only lead to trouble, she's too tall for him, and again, back off Blondie! I've liked him since The Bedford Diaries!! >:( Grrrr...

I was actually thrilled when I saw them together. And whats all this talk about AJ from NSync and Chase (Nate) being secretly acouple?!?! People will make up anything for a headline...and there's people like me who pass it on frivolously.
